Tim was an excellent realtor. We were moving from the Midwest to Georgia so the process was logistically difficult. His portal flagged homes that matched our criteria as they came on market. A couple days before we would visit, Tim took the 5-10 houses we wanted to see and organized them for the most efficient viewing. During a tour, Tim reserves his opinions on a house until you are able to form your own. He provides insight om questionable features in a home. His feedback pointed out redflags and ways that a setup may not fit what we wanted. I really appreciated how patient he was during the search. We looked at about 25 homes and offered on 2 before getting our home. It looked like we may not have gotten any of the homes we wanted and Tim was set to show us homes via video call between our trips down. I'm glad it didn't come to that but I appreciate his willingness. During the negotiations, Tim was an incredible advocate for us and got us a very fair deal. He is in tune with the local market and the best offer while still taking our own desires into consideration. Tim is organized and on top of deadlines. He told us about the utilities to setup and when, where to go to do so, checking the various closing fees for accuracy and completeness, and timeline of closing. There are probably a hundred details we would have missed without him and we're glad to have had him.
